Fire Station #93, Tracy

As part of the joint efforts of the City of Tracy, this 6,150 square foot, one-story fire station was designed as a need to support the outlying fire protection in a growing suburban environment. The building program includes a two-bay apparatus house for up to four vehicles. The construction system is a pre-engineered metal building, and it was built utilizing a design-build methodology -- G/A prepared the biddable design and followed up with design refinements and construction observation as the owner's representative.
