Their office and corporation yard are facilities that have exceeded their useful life to be able to sufficiently provide their services. Our firm designed a structure which relates to the Administrative building, utilizing natural sturdy materials and also meeting the more functional uses of the facility.

Spanish Revival Architecture is originally derived to the Baroque Architecture of Spain. California adopted the current style in the 1930s, specifically in coastal towns. This vernacular’s materiality of stucco, clay tile and deep windows and overhangs blends perfectly with the dry hot summers of the Sacramento Valley.
